Shipping Policy
Delivery is post-free in the UK. We charge a flat rate for posting to the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Republic of Ireland and one or two European countries. In the unlikely event that you wish to purchase items weighing more than 5 kilos, we may have to increase our charge. We aim to post within 3 working days of receiving the order. Delivery dates are dependent on the efficiency of the postal service at that time, but we will endeavour to keep in touch with you if there are likely to be any significant delays.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges: 30 days
Buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Layoes and Medlars is not responsible for delays due to customs.
