Aquatint from The Court Ladies Magazine, with original hand colouring. She was the daughter of Charles I and married to Philippe, brother of King Louis XIV of France. 
Comes with a description of the dress - "pale green brocade", "... a bouffon tucker of white satin...", etc.
Shows signs of wear, with a crease bottom right, but the hand colouring is bright and clear.
