These have primarily been rescued from early magazines and the more showy ones appeared in Christmas editions of early 20th century magazines such as The Sphere, The Graphic and the Illustrated London News in the UK,

Plaisir de France, and the Saturday Evening Post and Esquire in the US.

They have been loosely divided into sub-pages for particular subjects.
